Last week I attended two programs at Eaton Terrace Residences in Lakewood hosted by CAHSA board member David Smart. The programs were designed to communicate to the provider and business community information on funding for weatherization projects in HUD Assisted Multi-family developments. The meeting location was selected to showcase the great work that David and his staff have done as the first HUD community in Colorado to successfully navigate the application process for funding…
